| Pulled up at your motel yesterday. What a debacle. Same as the last bloke said. A lot of shouting and screaming at workers. You must have been the owner. It looks as if it will be ok, hope the inside looks in detail with what will look like a nice place to stay. However, if you treat your guests like you treat the people working for you, you have a long, long way to go mate. Sorry to say we did not stay. You have a great location. Close to the beach and everything. Good luck we hope it works out for you. Doubt it. |

| Hey Theo, had a look at you place today from my place, and if you think all you have to do is change the outside, mate, think again. I heard you shouting orders at your guys doing the changes, painting and everything. You are a a******* how can u get anyone to work for u. you have to change your attitude mate. no one will want to stay at your place if you still shout at everyone. change your tone or no one will stay there. and hey mate it still looks like s*** no matter what u do. if you change u might get dudes to stay there. at least that is what i hear about town sorry mate but no one likes u. take care they do like the guys that work for u u no the ones.......in the office and that nice guy. see ya. hope u do well |

| I stayed here a few weeks ago for a week. Great service, friendly and accommodating. When we needed something it was there. Its nice and close to the beach and shopping, withing walking distance to both. The kids loved the beach and I loved the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. There is always someone there there if you need anything. I recommend it to anyone if you just want to stay overnight or a month its a great spot. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. I am going back again early next year for summer. See you then! |

| Thanks for a nice stay. We had a great time, the kids loved being so close to the beach. Will let others know what a great spot you have and the nice family rooms. Hope to be able to stay again. |

| Could not find anywhere else to put this so here goes.
Fire alarm triggered, could smell smoke, was someone smoking a j**** called the police no one came. guess they are here a lot and just let it go. reception was bothered but could not do anything. if this is the type of people they have here do not come if you have kids. we wont be. |

| Today we visited this place to enquire about accommodation. We were met by a "gentleman" eating...something, wearing a shirt that was opened. Not impressed, but asked anyway. "yes we can help you, what do YOUS want, how much do you want to spend?' We thought it was up to him to tell us the price. All the time he kept eating and spitting food. The lady behind the desk must have been embarrassed as she walked away, if not she should have been. To say the least we did not go any further, even though he offered to show us rooms.
We really did not want to go in, in the first place, as it looks really old and dated, but thought we would take a chance. We did not want to take that much of a chance, seeing the way we were greeted.
Maybe on another day, when he is not eating and spitting food everywhere, you might take a look at the rooms, ONLY if you are desperate. Not for us. |

| We were very impressed with location, only 2 minutes to the beach, nice and clean, staff most helpful with directions and information, nothing was any trouble for them to do for us.
Motel is old, but, very clean. Would most certainly come again.
Great location, did not need the car to go anywhere, and they do not charge for parking. |

| This is a a little pearl of a place and your host Theo is a delight. Very comfortable and very close to an immeasurable selection of restaurants. Although quite dated in appearance this does not detract from the comfort and wonderful service. We plan to go back very soon, when the high season is done with. |

| We did not knot what to expect as we had booked over the internet. On arrivial, did not look too good. Please do not judge from outside appearance. Looked at rooms at front, not impressed, very dated, old, not up to 2 1/2 * standard. Then we saw spa rooms at back of Motel. How impressed were we!!!!! Very nice rooms, large corner spa, nice bed, old world charm. Would definately come and stay again. Staff very helpful and nice, although, could have done without the female child at reception doing homework. Not a good thing to have, but guess this is not always the case - hopefully. |

| Big clean rooms. Can see beach from my room (2 min walk). The beach out the front was amazing. Close to shops and resturants but on a quiet street. Staff were very friendly lent me a surfboard, and gave me great insider tips. LOVEDIT |
