A unique and elegantly converted, tropical bungalow positioned in the heart of Manly, and only a few blocks from the gorgeous beaches of Manly, and inner city harbour.
Catering for backpackers, couples and friends looking for individual, self contained, sunny and clean rooms. A sunny tropical backyard for outdoor relaxation or dining. Budget accomodation that will make you want to stay.
All rooms come with a kitchenette which includes fridge, TV, microwave and cooking utensils. All linen and towels are supplied. Bathroom facilities are shared.
Rooms are available on a daily or weekly basis.
Rates for Manly Bungalow Guest House (on a per room basis):
Low season (1st June - 31st August)
Double/ twin rooms - $425 per week or $70 per night
triple rooms - $525 per week or $80 per night
family rooms - $625 per week or $95 per night
Mid sesaon (1st April - 31st May and 1st September - 31st October)
Double/ twin rooms - $505 per week or $80 per night
triple rooms - $600 per week or $95 per night
family rooms - $725 per week or $115 per night
High season (1st November- 19th December and 1st February- 31st march)
Double/ twin rooms - $595 per week or $90 per night
triple rooms - $730 per week or $110 per night
family rooms - $900 per week or $135 per night
Peak season (20th December - 31st January)
Double/ twin rooms - $700 per week or $100 per night
triple rooms - $875 per week or $125 per night
family rooms - $1,085 per week or $155 per night
Holiday One Bedroom Apartments,
- 1 x Queen Bed and 1 x Queen sofa Bed in the lounge
- Security access to 3rd floor via lift,
- Secure parking available if required (please advise pre arrival).
- Balcony east facing (sorry no ocean views),
- Separate bathroom with bath, shower, basin and internal laundry,
- Combined lounge and kitchen with full cooking facilities, refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric fan, Heaters in every room,
- All cooking utensils coffee & tea plungers Iron / ironing board
- LCD TV with remote clock radio & alarm safe available (at office) for storing valuables,
- Extra large lounge converts to Queen sofa bed, all linen, towels and blankets.
- Buses and taxis directly outside the Apartments and 2 blocks from Manly Wharf.
- The Apartments are only 2 blocks from the beach.
- Wireless internet facilities in each apartment Notebook also available for daily hire - Baggage service free for all guests.
Rates for Holiday apartments:
Low Season (25th Apr. - 31st August): $150 per night/ $850 per week
Mid Season (1st Sept. - 31st. Oct./15th Apr. - 24th Apr.): $170 per night/ $950 per week
High Season (1st Feb. - 14th Apr./ 1st Nov. - 18th Dec.): $195 per night/ $1150 per week
Peak Season (19th Dec. - 31st Jan.): $225 per night/ $1350 per week

| We really enjoyed our time here. The staff were helpful and friendly. the atmostphere is really relaxing and comfortable, felt like home almost immediately. Such a great location too. The rooms had everything necessary (a wireless connection might be a good idea though,) and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the place. all in all great value for money! |

| Couple of us girls stayed the Fiday & Saturday night to sample Manly and beach life from Sydney's western suberbs. The rooms were unbelievably clean, warm and cosy. Luke & Vicky (managers) went out of their way to make us feel welcome, so I can only applaud the place. Highly recommended & cheap. Taxi home would have cost us more..Maddi |
